Description: The AJL is seeking an intern for the fall term, 3-5 hours per week, to work in the Department of Teen Learning. This department facilitates community-wide educational programming appealing to 8th-12thgrade Jewish students, via classes, volunteer opportunities, artwork, music, and much more. Under the Director of Teen Learning, the intern will consult with AJL’s 6 partner agencies, including Repair the World and the Holocaust Center, to oversee the Jewish content of their programming for teens, to work with the agencies to engage teenagers, and to seek regular program feedback from teens and community members.
Qualifications: Basic Jewish literacy, and a willingness to work with both adults and teenagers.
